Special stages are still slow, but better than the last update.I'm not an RSDKv5 guy so I'll simply report these to the main team. I know some of them are caused by collision calculations since I found one on accident. Changes: To open the Dev Menu, tap the top left corner of your screen. If you don't have a Settings.ini, download it from below and place it in ux0:data/Mania. To enable it, simply add devMenu=y underneath the section in your Settings.ini. RSDKv5-decomp has a built in devmenu that has a mod manager for you to quickly enable and disable your mods. Open mod.ini and make sure the line TargetVersion=5 is in the file.Inside of each individual mod folder, look for mod.ini.Add the mods you want to use to your mods folder like so.In the mods folder, place modconfig.ini.Create a ux0:data/Mania/mods folder (case sensitive).Now you can install mods, and here's how: LiveArea Assets by Danhanado Mods Update Yep. Please check the HedgeModManager Wiki for information on releasing mods and updating.IMPORTANT After installing the VPK, put Game.suprx into your ux0:data/Mania folder or your game will NOT BOOT. Once you're done, you can start checking the checkbox(es) of the mods and codes you want to play and click "Save and Play".
You can also install mods using GameBanana's 1-Click Install button. There are multiple ways of installing mods, one of the easy ways of installing mods is by dragging its zip/7z/rar/folder into the mod list along with also being able to drag and drop multiple files and/or folders. In case you want to use HedgeModManager on Linux/Steam Deck, the setup process is a bit more involved. It's simple, just grab the latest version from GitHub (or grab the latest compile from GitHub Actions) then extract all the files anywhere and run HedgeModManager.exe.
